I haven’t really posted in a while, mostly because I’ve been spamming my random thoughts on Facebook<\/a> lately instead of on my own blog that even my own friends probably don’t know about.<\/p>\n

Basically I’ve been taking lots of photos<\/a> and drawing stupid<\/a> doodles<\/a> of fanart<\/a> to fill the time when it’s too rainy to be biking or skateboarding or doing whatever else comes to mind.<\/p>\n

At work<\/a> I keep launching site<\/a> after site<\/a> and it still doesn’t seem to get boring. At least not yet.<\/p>\n

The summer is great. I take a bit of a pause from my regular activities<\/a> to regain some vitality lost over the long winter months. The vitamin-D infused outdoor activities keep me feeling young, which I suppose is fairly important to me.<\/p>\n

I feel a bit like a grown child<\/a> sometimes. I take part in activities which I feel others might judge me for<\/a>. They’ll think I’m immature, or that I’m compensating for lost youth or some other silly presupposition<\/a>.<\/p>\n

They may even be right, but if they are I certainly don’t know it. I’m just enjoying myself. Still I’m neurotic enough to worry about these things while I still plunge headlong into the activities I feel are guilty pleasures<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In the end I like being fit and I like feeling as I do. I feel pretty much the same as I did when I was 20<\/a>, and I’m 30<\/a>. Let hope I can keep this going until I’m 60. One can only hope.<\/p>\n

I seem to recall a Becel margarine commercial with some old, grey haired black man lifting weights. I thought to myself, I probably won’t ever eat their margarine but sure as hell want to be fit when I’m his age.<\/p>\n
